Using reclining meditation and various relaxation methods we reduce unnecessary effort and deepen the mindfulness process. Over the sessions we will learn to step up and down the gears of relaxation, in a way tailored for you. The aim is the ever increasing cultivation of mindfulness, relaxation and satisfaction.
Mindfulness Qigong, based in Zhineng Qigong Non-diagnostic Health Training, involves a meditative training in active relaxation to reduce unnecessary mental and physical effort.
Over the sessions we will explore different Qigong exercises, including intensive Qigong and Qigong healing. Do Qigong and get a good workout at the same time! These methods were employed in the Zhineng Qigong 'Medicineless Hospital' by Grandmaster Dr. Pang Ming.
